pk12 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk12 ("pk12", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk12 online gaming platform, accessible at pk12.bid, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, promotional offers, and ancillary services offered thereon.

By creating an account on pk12, depositing funds, or participating in any form of gaming activity on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of pk12 and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, pk12's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Access to pk12 and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of pk12:

In addition to the age requirement, you further represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing pk12 as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited under local law as it applies directly and enforcedly to individual end users;
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order issued by pk12 or any other licensed gambling operator;
• You have not previously had an account on pk12 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms;
• You are not a director, employee, officer, or contractor of pk12, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You are registering under your true legal identity and will provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times;
• You are funding your account exclusively with legally obtained funds that are your own property and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

pk12 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request identity documentation, proof of age, and proof of address from any account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

To access real-money gaming features on pk12, you are required to create a registered account. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pk12. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, different contact details, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you must provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile telephone number (or other valid contact number), and email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify pk12 of any changes promptly via the account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk12 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during two-factor authentication. pk12 will never contact you — via WhatsApp, SMS, email, telephone, or any other channel — requesting your password or OTP codes. Any such solicitation should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported to pk12 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk12 is required to verify your identity in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) policies. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of your current residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pk12's compliance team.

pk12 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including suspending withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Deliberate provision of false, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.1 Deposits

pk12 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods made available on the platform from time to time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast bank transfer, and direct bank transfers to participating Pakistani financial institutions including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your pk12 PKR account balance. pk12 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment instruments not listed on the platform.

Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or instruments belonging to third parties are prohibited. pk12 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your KYC verification is complete and current; (b) you have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements that restrict withdrawal eligibility; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically practicable. pk12 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, which vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day for verified accounts.

4.3 Taxes and Charges

pk12 does not deduct any processing fees from player deposits or withdrawals unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific payment method. You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges that may be applicable to your winnings or transactions under the laws of your jurisdiction. pk12 does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for your tax obligations.

pk12 offers various bonus promotions, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. Participation in any promotion is subject to these Terms as well as the specific terms published for each individual offer, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Bonuses are awarded solely at pk12's discretion. pk12 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the relevant promotion terms;
• Deposits must be made without using an e-wallet feature that reverses the transaction (charge-back) or any deposit that is subsequently disputed;
• Each eligible player may claim each promotional offer once only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud;
• pk12 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer, including through bonus arbitrage, bet hedging, or collusion;
• Where a maximum win cap applies to a specific bonus, any winnings exceeding that cap derived from bonus play will be removed from the player balance upon withdrawal request.

Failure to comply with applicable bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom. In cases of suspected abuse, pk12 may additionally suspend or close the account concerned.

All games available on pk12 are operated under certified gaming mechanics. Electronic casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted using physical gaming equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and related apparatus — in professional studio environments operating under independent oversight.

pk12 does not influence, manipulate, or control the outcomes of any game or sporting event offered on its platform. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and theoretical odds are provided by game suppliers and are independently verified. Players acknowledge that all gaming carries inherent financial risk and that past performance is not indicative of future results.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 fixtures, and other available events — are settled in accordance with pk12's Sports Betting Rules, available on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, pk12's decision is final subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, pk12 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its pre-error state. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, pk12 may, at its discretion, void the affected round and refund the corresponding stake. pk12 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures attributable to the player's own device, internet connection, or browser.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk12 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account lifecycle;
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated system to interact with pk12's platform, games, or sports betting markets in a manner not sanctioned by pk12;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game suppliers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform vulnerabilities, or technical errors to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by pk12;
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity through the pk12 platform;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after legitimately authorised transactions;
• Accessing pk12 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to disguise your true location;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward pk12 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

All content on the pk12 platform — including but not limited to the pk12 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game assets, promotional materials, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk12 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk12 platform without prior written authorisation from pk12.

Any unauthorised use of pk12's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, exposing you to civil and/or criminal liability.

The pk12 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk12 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pk12 does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; (b) any specific game outcome or sports result is guaranteed; or (c) the platform will meet your requirements or expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pk12's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your pk12 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall pk12 be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, whether or not pk12 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk12 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its obligations in this regard seriously as a condition of its international gaming licence. pk12 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum per-session or per-day gaming duration limits, after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic in-session notifications reminding them of their elapsed session time and net gaming activity;
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may formally self-exclude from pk12 for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is inaccessible and pk12 will suppress all marketing communications to the excluded player.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, pk12 urges you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings and to seek support from qualified organisations. Playing on pk12 should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of financial or emotional distress.

pk12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or supplementary policies;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• A request to self-exclude received from the account holder;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormant account policies;
• Any other circumstance in which pk12, in its sole discretion, determines that continued account operation poses an unacceptable risk to pk12, its players, or its licensing obligations.

Upon termination of an account for cause attributable to player misconduct, pk12 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balances and associated winnings. Genuine account balances derived from legitimate play and deposits will be returned to the player subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification processes, unless otherwise directed by a competent authority.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of pk12, your account, any game outcome, bonus, or transaction, you should first contact pk12's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the matter. pk12 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.

If you are not satisfied with pk12's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under pk12's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from pk12's compliance team.

All disputes shall be subject to good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Neither party shall initiate formal legal proceedings without first complying with the internal complaint and escalation procedures described herein. This clause does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

pk12 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on their pk12 account and/or by prominent notice on the pk12 website.

Amended Terms will take effect no fewer than seven (7) calendar days after the date of notification for changes that materially affect player rights, unless a shorter period is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of pk12 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using pk12 and may close your account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document and on the pk12 website.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk12 holds its primary gaming licence. pk12 operates under an international gaming licensing framework, and questions of applicable law will be assessed with reference to that framework.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction as provided for under mandatory provisions of consumer protection law applicable in your place of residence. However, to the extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim shall be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
